6x − 3y = 18
Use subsitition method.Solve for y in the first equation. We get y = 5x.
Subsitute this in second equation.
6x − 3(5x) = 18
6x − 15x = 18
−9x = 18
x = −2
So y = 5 × −2, Hence the solution is (-2,10).
