Korea Dynasty Timeline

Silla (신라) Kingdom (57 B.C. - 935)
Sila was the first kingdom to form in all 3
kingdoms. The kingdom started as the secondweakest kingdom but soon developed into a
larger and more powerful kingdom. Sila
controls the entire peninsula in 668 by
combining forces with Koguryo. Soon after,
Sila defeats Koguryo. However, Sila is
overthrown by Koryo in 935.
Baekje (백제) Kingdom (18 B.C. - 660)
Baekje formed in 18 B.C. and was formed when tribes combined
forces with each other. This way, all the three kingdoms
formed. The competition began along with the creation of
Baekje.
Koguryo (고구려) Kingdom (37 B.C. - 668)
At first, Koguryo was the most powerful and
largest kingdom between Silla and Baekje. Every
kingdom had similar culture and languages. At A.D
660, Tang dynasty and Silla promises a alliance
and attacked Baekje and Koguryo. Because of this
alliance between Tang Dynasty and Silla, Koguryo
destruct at B.C 668.
Joseon (조선) Dynasty (1392 - 1910)
The Joseon Dynasty formed when the Koryo Dynasty was
defeated. During this time, Korea have been trading with
China a lot. The Joseon Dynasty ended in 1910 when Japan
attacked and took control over Korea.
Koryo Dynasty (고려 시대) 918-1392
After the kingdom of Silla got overthrown at 935, Koryo
dynasty took control of Korean-Peninsula. Koryo Dynasty
ruled the Korean Peninsula for more than 450 years. Like
the kingdoms in the past (Koguryo, Silla, Baekje) kingdom,
Koryo Dynasty got affected by confucianism
