John England serves as vice chairman and US Oil & Gas leader for Deloitte LLP. In
this role, he helps oil and gas companies solve their most complex challenges,
while also overseeing the significant investment Deloitte is making in their Oil &
Gas practice. Most notably, he leads Deloitte’s overall delivery of a broad range of
cross-spectrum professional services, from technology integration and operational
consulting to human capital offerings and tax services, as well as financial advisory
offerings and attest services. John has led successful projects and client relationships
at some of the largest energy companies over his 26-year career with Deloitte.

Marlene Motyka is the US Alternative Energy leader for Deloitte and a
principal in the Valuation Services practice of Deloitte Transactions and
Business Analytics LLP. In her role, she guides Deloitte’s overall delivery of a
broad range of cross-spectrum professional services—including tax-related
issues, mergers and acquisitions and financing activities, business strategy,
and valuation, as well as accounting, technology integration/operational
consulting, and human capital offerings—to alternative energy companies,
and those who invest in alternative energy.
As executive director for the Deloitte Center for Energy Solutions, Deloitte
Services LP, Andrew works closely with Deloitte’s Energy & Resources leadership
to define, implement, and manage the execution of the Center strategy;
develop and drive energy research initiatives; and manage the development
of the Center’s eminence and thought leadership. During his 25 year career as
an oil and gas professional, he has occupied senior roles in both major oil and
gas companies and consulting/advisory firms providing insights and strategic
analysis to the industry.

As vice chairman and US Energy & Resources leader, Deloitte LLP, John’s
responsibilities center on the coordination of Deloitte’s professional services
to energy and utility companies in the United States. He is an energy industry
specialist, having served the industry for more than 30 years. John has significant
experience in the energy and utility industries, spanning the electric, gas, water,
and exploration and production industry segments. John is a frequent speaker on
strategic industry topics including growth and new business development, industry
restructuring, scenario and investment analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.
Annette Proctor is the operations director for the Deloitte Center for Energy
Solutions, Deloitte Services LP. In her role, Annette works closely with the Center
and extended Energy & Resources team to support the development of thought
leadership and service offerings, differentiating Deloitte more effectively in the
marketplace.
