The Fisheries (Fishing Licence Fees) Regulations, 2008
IN
EXERCISE
of the powers contained in section twenty-one of the
Fisheries Act, the following Regulations are hereby made:
1. These Regulations 1nay be cited as the Fisheries (Fishing
Licence Fees) Regulations, 2008.

2. The fees payable for any activity relating to the special
fishing licence are as sel oul in the First Schedule to lhese
Regulations.

3. The fees payable in respect of a fishing licence issued for
the purpose of fishing in a commercial area are as set out in the
Second Schedule to these Regulations.

as set out in the Third Schedule to these Regulations.

5. The fees payable for importing or exporting fish are as set
out in the Fourth Schedule to these Regulations.

the Fifth Schedule to these Regulations.
