Integrated Boiler Water Treatment Products
All OMEGA integrated boiler treatment formulations are "all-in-one-drum"
treatment programs. All contain oxygen scavengers, internal inhibitors,
dispersants, and condensate neutralization components.
OMEGA TH-7125:
Engineered for soft water systems
A phosphate based treatment designed for soft water make-up systems. This "complete
protection" formulation provides traditional phosphate conditioning in applications with
consistent feedwater (low alkalinity) water quality.
Dosage: 0.5 gallons per 1,000 gallons of make up water 1892 milliliters per 3785
liters of make-up water
OMEGA TH-7127:
Engineered for periodic hardness or elevated alkalinity
An all organic copolymer formulation designed for use in systems with elevated feedwater
alkalinity and/or variable feedwater hardness, silica, and iron loading. This versatile
formulation can be applied in both hard and soft water make-up systems. When
pretreatment water quality is inconsistent, this is the product of choice.
Dosage: 0.2 to 0.4 gallons per 1,000 gallons of make up water 752 to 514 milliliters
per 3785 liters of make-up water
OMEGA TH-7129:
Engineered for hard water systems
An all organic copolymer & chelated formulation designed for elevated feedwater
hardness, iron, or silica conditions. This formulation is tolerant of elevated alkalinity levels.
The selection for on-line clean-up of systems with deposition.
Dosage:
0.3 to 0.6 gallons per 1,000 gallons of make up water 1135 to 2271
milliliters per 3785 liters of make-up water

Internal Boiler Water Treatment Products
All OMEGA internal boiler treatment products are formulated to be used as
"adjunct" treatments, or as "stand alone" products.
OMEGA TH-7120: All organic internal dispersant
An internal dispersant treatment designed to assist in sludge conditioning and dispersion.
This copolymer/antifoam formulation will greatly assist in the conditioning and inhibition of
hardness, iron, and silica based deposition. To be used in both hard and soft water
makeup conditions.
Dosage: 1.6 to 5.0 lbs. per 1,000 gallons of make up water 700 to 2150 milliliters per
3785 liters of make-up water
OMEGA TH-7171: Inorganic phosphate internal dispersant
A phosphate based sludge conditioner.
Dosage: 0.16 to 0.33 lbs. per 1,000 gallons of make up water 0.07 to 0.14 kgs. per
3785 liters of make-up water
Boiler Oxygen Scavenger Treatment Products
All OMEGA oxygen scavengers are formulated as concentrates to keep chemical demand to
a minimum. The highest quality sulfite derivatives are incorporated into the OMEGA
oxygen scavenger product portfolio.
OMEGA TH-7141: Liquid oxygen scavenger
A concentrated, oxygen scavenger that is easy to use, of liquid composition, and will eliminate the
mixing and handling concerns of powder formulations.
Dosage: Add at 30 ppm per every 1 ppm of feedwater oxygen.
OMEGA TH-7043: Powder oxygen scavenger
A powder form, catalyzed sulfite, for control of corrosion in feedwater, boiler, and condensate
systems, providing effective control where iron deposition is of concern
Dosage: Add at 10 ppm per every 1 ppm of feedwater oxygen.

Condensate Return Line Treatment Products
The selection of OMEGA return line treatment products are designed to neutralize
carbonic acid attack in condensate return lines under a variety of conditions. Both
high and low end corrosion are addressed by the various treatment
formulationsavailable. The product portfolio contains both low and high distribution
ratio amines to assure complete return line inhibition.
OMEGA TH-7161: Diethylaminoethanol and Morpholine
A standard "40% amine" formulation developed for complete neutralization of both near
and far end condensate locations.
Dosage: Add to control the condensate return water pH level at 8 to 9 pH SU.
OMEGA TH-7163 and OMEGA TH-7165: diethylaminoethanol
These products contain an increased basicity to "buffer" the return line pH, while keeping
treatment cost to a minimum.
Dosage: Add to control the condensate return water pH level at 8 to 9 pH SU.
OMEGA TH-7167: Diethylaminoethanol / Morpholine / Cyclohexylamine
A "triple amine" formulation, covering the entire spectrum of return line requirements.
Dosage: Add to control the condensate return water pH level at 8 to 9 pH SU.

Resin Cleaner
The OMEGA softener resin cleaner is non-chelated. This concentrated formula will
increase resin life, and throughput exchange capacity.
OMEGA SP-8111:
An inhibited acid based formulation, providing a simple and complete method of
maintaining optimum softener resin condition.
Dosage:
Apply at 2% to 5% to the salt bin regeneration tank by volume.
