Thermo Scientific DNA Markers and Ladders Designed for the accurate size determination of double-stranded DNA fragments • Two formats cover wide size ranges Ladders contain fragments of defined sizes (50bp to 1kb), resulting in regularly repeating bands. Markers are restriction digests of Phi-X or Lambda DNA that cover a broad size range (72 bp to 24 kb). • Easy to use Ladders contain a reference band at higher intensity for easy determination of band size.
