Heritage Action Plan
The following actions are recommended to
address the issues identified during the
Heritage Focal Point:
• Conduct a Spiritual Healing and Revival Period at FFBC
• Implement specific steps to resolve the issues
Spiritual Healing & Revival Period
The following actions are recommended to promote spiritual
healing:
• Pastoral Staff: Address one issue on a weekly basis. Sermons
should illustrate biblical way to deal with the specific issue of the
week. Music should support the sermon.
• Congregation: Use the prayer calendar daily. At a specified
time, individuals or families are asked to read the daily verse and
pray about it and for church healing.
• Congregation: During one specific week, the Pastor will preach
on Matthew 18. A request from the pulpit will be made to use
Matthew 18 to resolve differences between church members.
• Deacons: Send a letter to members that have left.
***This period will end with a celebration event on 7 April!
