July 5 - August 2
The third, fourth, sixth and seventh floors of the Patient Tower will be closed for one week each.
Carpeting in the hallways is being replaced with laminate flooring. Couches in the patient rooms are
also being replaced.
• During installation, the affected unit will be closed to employees, patients and visitors.
• All offices on the closed unit will also be relocated. Some offices will be moved to the old
Pink Boutique in the Medical Office Building. All office phones will be transferred to cell and Ascom
phones for the week.
During installation, patients will be moved from 3-2, 4-2, 6-2 and 7-2 as follows:
• July 5 - July 12: Flooring replaced on 4-2. Patients moved from 4-2 to 3-2. Patients will be
transferred from 4-2 on Sunday, July 5, and will be moved back onto 4-2 on Sunday, July 12.
• July 12 - July 19: Flooring replaced on 3-2. Patients moved from 3-2 to 4-2. Patients will be
transferred from 3-2 on Sunday, July 12. All 3-2 patients will be located on 4-2 until August 2, when
the entire flooring installation on the tower is done.
• July 19 - July 26: Flooring replaced on 6-2. Patients moved from 6-2 to 3-2. Patients will be
transferred from 6-2 on Sunday, July 19, and will be moved back onto 6-2 on Sunday, July 26.
• July 26 - August 2: Flooring replaced on 7-2. Patients moved from 7-2 to 3-2. Patients will be
transferred from 7-2 on Sunday, July 26, and will be moved back onto 7-2 on Sunday, August 2.
• August 2: All 3-2 patients will be moved from 4-2 back to 3-2.
