A. Ultra Performance SystemTM, is a state of the art, high performance, patented technology that greatly enhances tufted carpet
performance and offers installation flexibility. This system consists of processes that employ multi-layer and multi-density
backings combined with our exclusive binder chemistry modification referred to as “Advanced Thermoset Co-Polymer.” This
combination of construction and chemistry gives Ultra Performance System it’s unique strength, flexibility and stability. In
addition, it is the only high performance broadloom tufted product that may be stretched in or direct glued, based on your
specific needs. We also offer the Ultra Performance System Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers all items “that must never

Limitations
This Ultra Performance SystemTM Warranty does not cover damage caused by abnormal use or damage not
rising out of a defect in the carpet. This includes burns, tears, pulls, cuts, installation on stairs, damage caused
by improper maintenance or damage in transit.
Excludes edge ravel where carpet is cut to access floor outlets or trench header ducts.
Excludes dye lot variation or change in color due to improper maintenance.
Excludes conditions resulting from other than ordinary wear.
Lifetime of carpet is defined by The Mohawk Group to be the lifetime of the original purchaser for a particular installation.
