Applying of weakly converged integrals in ionization theory of neutral targets
with electron impact.
S.Y. Elts
In this work the analytical approximations of weakly converged integrals in 1C (one coulomb
function in the final state wave function), and 2CZ (2 coulomb functions with effective charges
in the final state wave function) approaches are presented. For electrons in continuous spectrum
the electron-electron interaction is considered by the special form of final state wave function.
Effective charge of electron-electron interaction in coulomb function has been included. The
three dimensional images for TDCS (Triply Differential Cross Section) calculated values are
obtained for H, Li, Na in 1s, 2s, and 3s states. A simple approximation of the weakly converged
integrals in 2CZ has quite good accordance with numerically obtained data.
