Plants Reproduce in two ways:
Asexual Reproduction
•Which produces a new plant Identical to the parent
Sexual Reproduction.
•Which involves the fusion of an ovule and a pollen grain.

•Usually two plants are involved
•The new plant contains characteristics from both parents.
Examples of Asexual plants
Means that new plants are formed from only one parent. Examples of
Asexual Reproduction are:
Strawberry Runners. These are stems which grow from the base of
strawberry plants. When they touch the ground they form new plants
Daffodil Bulbs. These increase in number each year. Producing Clones
of the original plant.
Plant Cuttings. If you take a cutting from a Geranium Plant and place it
in soil it may grow to produce a new Geranium Plant
