Job Title: In Store Marketing Specialist Job Purpose: To deliver innovative, compelling and integrated In Store campaigns within budget and timescales. To ensure all POS materials communicate a consistent brand message, drive sales and margin. To support the In Store Marketing Implementation Manager in managing the promotional POS process and customer plan for the In Store channel to drive NHS income and OTC sales across all relevant CF BUs. Support the In Store Marketing Implementation Manager to deliver the planning process and effective support to third party business units, Enterprise and AAH All About Retail Program Principle Accountabilities: Experience, Skills & Qualifications: To work as part of the In Store Marketing team to develop innovative and compelling In Store marketing initiatives based on the agreed marketing plan To understand and interpret customer and competitor trends to ensure In Store marketing activity is relevant and addresses customer motives Project manage In Store marketing campaigns from initial idea to implementation to deliver efficient and cost effective materials that meet the needs of internal and external customers, maximise sales opportunities and deliver brand awareness objectives Lead the development and implementation of ‘additional items’ to provide appropriate level of In Store support for each product/service; promotional and seasonal campaigns; external footfall driving activity and reactive trading initiatives To ensure all POS materials clearly deliver the customer message through the correct hierarchy of messaging, stimulating unplanned purchases and increasing ATV Maintain integrity of the Celesio brands by ensuring In Store materials are consistent with external marketing activity to deliver a clear consistent brand message and drive recognition To work collaboratively with other marketing work streams and internal colleagues to ensure communications are fully integrated across all channels Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure they deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget Investigate and implement process efficiencies for the In Store marketing channel to ensure continuous improvement and new, more efficient ways of working Support, where required, the delivery of Enterprise third party POS and Promotional materials as well as the development and the delivery of AAH All About Retail Program Essential Educated to degree level Previous In store marketing experience within a retail environment Customer focused Experience of working in a fast paced environment (retail sector preferable) Highly organised, with proven project management skills Good communication skills Good organization and time management Problem solving and analytical skills Relationship building skills Knowledge of Design, Print and Production processes Desirable Essential Competencies: Desirable Competencies: PLEASE LEAVE BLANK COMMON COMPETENCY TO BE AGREED PLEASE LEAVE BLANK COMMON COMPETENCY TO BE AGREED Assessment Process: DO NOT COMPLETE, TO BE AGREED THROUGH CONSULTATION Grade: DO NOT COMPLETE, TO BE AGREED THROUGH CONSULTATION Reports to:
