COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course introduces logistics/physical distribution and supply, and the related
costs. It provides a systematic overview and analysis of the elements of logistics
functions in widely varying types of industries and agencies, including handling,
warehousing, inventory control, and financial controls.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

VIII. COURSE METHODOLOGY:
Classes will consist of lectures, class discussions, small group projects, videos,
outside assignments and supplemental materials. Interactive class discussion is
encouraged and staying current on reading assignments necessary to be able to
actively participate in class discussions.
