Maardu Logistikakeskus Maardu Logistics Center AS Haabersti Maja begins pre-negotiations for construction of Maardu Logistics Center, which aim to find potential buyers for plots or main lessees. During negotiations will take into consideration wishes of potential buyers for plots or wishes of main lessees and will be determined the construction plans of the logistics center and also sale plans of the plots. Description of the project Logistics center will be build on real estate by address Kallasmaa 1 Maardu, what locates next to Maardu city government. Buyers of the plots have possibility to build on contemporary business-industrial functional bureau buildings, industrial buildings and storehouses. Next to logistics center is possible to build on an apartment house with 5 floors by 4100 square meters area. Maardu Logistics Center will be planned as a little complex, capacitated to build on more than 12 000 square meters industrial-, store- and businessground. By this drawings there are deterministed separated zones for all plots with different function, created well-functional logistics center. There are planned to create all nessessary communications in this logistics center. If necessary there will be built on autonomic boilerhouse. As a heating solution there is possibility beingness of remote- or gas heating. For consumers of electrical energy will be used 300 Kw transformer substation what is nearby. Road to the plots which will be built on is at least 6 meters wide. All the transportational land is set to be lighted.
