Fast Food Nutrition Project
1) Pick your Favorite Fast Food Restaurant
2) Get their Nutritional Guidelines
- at the Restaurant
- on-line
3) Choose 2 Seperate Meals
 Each Meal must have
1) Main Coarse 2) Side 3) Dessert 4) Drink
Make sure and check the sizes of each.
4) On a seperate sheet of paper calculate the:
1) Calories 2) Saturated Fat for each meal.
Then from each meal tell what percentage of calories
that meal would be on a 2,000 calorie diet.
