ISWI-enriched sequences. (A) Genomic sequences enriched for ISWI are listed according to their chromosome location. Each
ISWI-bound sequence is defined by a start (peakStart) an end (peakEnd), and by a peakScore function that reflects the width and
height of each peak (see Materials and Methods for details). In case an ISWI peak falls in the proximity of a gene, the relative
annotation for the gene region bound together with the distance from the TSS is reported. (B) List of genes bound by ISWI and
whose expression changes at least x1.5 fold or (C) x4 fold in ISWI mutant total larvae (Corona et al., 2007). Positive log2(ISWI/wild
type) ratio signal values correspond to genes negatively regulated by ISWI, while negative values correspond to genes positively
regulated by ISWI.
