1. Create a poem of at least 16 lines that personifies an inanimate object of your choice.
2. Must use at least one epic simile and two epithets in the poem.
3. Poem must rhyme.
4. Like Scylla and Charybdis, your inanimate object must do some “evil” in your poem.
5. Type poem and create a visual of your inanimate object that you personify on the same
side of the paper.
6. Make a reference (allusion) in poem to something in the Odyssey or Greek Mythology.
7. Title your poem with a Greek name.
8. Due: February 4, 2016
