IHC staining of anti-Parathyroid Hormone (PTH) antibody (Poly292470) on formalinfixed paraffin-embedded human parathyroid tissue. The tissue was incubated with the primary antibody for 20 minutes at room temperature at 1:1000 dilution. Antigen retrieval is not required.
