Elements found in proteins:
Always: C, H, O, N
Sometimes: P, S
Amino acids are linked together by Dehydration Synthesis. The bond
that is formed between the two adjacent amino acids is a Peptide Bond.
R = Radical Group
The radical group is different in each amino acid.
20 different amino acids. Each is identical except for the R group.
