This ground floor luxury 2-bedroom condo is located only a few yards from the rugged
Pacific Ocean. With floor to ceiling windows you have a fabulous view of the rocky
coastline and huge waves crashing right before your eyes.
The condo is located close to downtown, only a 10-minute walk to restaurants, shopping
and the working town docks. Five minutes away is an oceanfront resort that has a bar,
great restaurant and spa that all share the same fabulous view.
The famous Wild Pacific Trail is only steps away from this condo.
Living Area:
The open concept layout includes a deluxe kitchen with cooking island, dining area and a
living room that is equipped with comfortable leather couch, love seat and recliner all in
front of a gas fireplace and 42” flat screen TV. Double-doors lead out to a fully covered
patio and outside dining area where you can enjoy a meal with the ocean sights and
sounds. To follow the migrating whales, curious black bears and the eagles that soar pass
the unit has a tripod mounted spotting scope. For your entertainment there is a DVD
player and selection of DVD’s, CD player and wireless Internet connection.
The kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, island gas cook top, microwave, oven,
dishwasher and double sink. The condo also has an in-unit washer and dryer and a
covered parking space.
Master Bedroom:
Located on the ocean-side of the condo this bedroom has the same great view, four-poster
king bed, fireplace, in-room jetted tub and walkout to a covered patio. Slate floors in the
bath area are all heated.
2nd Bedroom:
This bedroom is located at the opposite end of the condo providing maximum privacy
between the two sleeping areas. This bedroom has a four-poster king bed, ensuite
bathroom with tub, shower, double sinks and heated slate floors. There are double doors
that lead to a covered sitting area where you can relax to the sound of the pounding surf.
Rates:
Weekly rentals only, 7 nights.
Mid-September to mid-May

Taxes 10% Hotel tax + 5% GST
Cleaning Fee $120. per stay
Security (refundable) $500.

General Policies:
Payment – We accept Visa or Master Card only. A deposit of 50% of the cost of entire
stay will be taken at the time of booking. The balance of the accommodation including
the refundable security deposit and cleaning fee must be paid 30 days prior to arrival
date.
Cancellation – If you cancel more than 30 days from date of arrival your deposit will be
refunded less $57.50 service charge. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date the
entire cost of the accommodation is forfeited.
Check-in/Check-out –
Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. You will check-in at A Snug Harbour Inn 460 Marine
Drive, Ucluelet.
Check-out is 11am. Late check-out is not available.
Housekeeping – The condo will be cleaned after your departure; cleaning fee is $120 per
stay. If you require housekeeping service during your stay it must be requested in
advance and you will be billed at $25 per hour. If excessive cleaning is required after
your departure you will be charged $25 for each extra hour needed to restore the unit to a
rentable condition.
Restrictions – This property is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed.
Parking – A single car covered parking space is included. Additional parking is available
if required.
Security Deposit – Upon a satisfactory inspection of the condo after your departure the
refundable security deposit will be credited back to you charge card.
Noise Complaint – Should we receive a noise complaint from residents of the complex
you will be advised immediately. If a second complaint is received you will be asked to
vacate the premises immediately and you forfeit the entire cost of your stay. No refund
will be issued.
