I am intrigued by the connections among actors and institutions within networks of regional governance, and how these lead to patterns of community organizing, environmental management, and public policy. I am especially interested in how current administrative and policy arrangements will adapt to emerging water pollution and availability issues, impacts of climate change on natural resources, and community-based sustainability initiatives.
