School Supplies
Dear Second Grade Families,
In second grade we are a community of learners. As a community, we have
classroom supplies for all students to share. Students may also bring individual
supplies. Below is a supply list of items for each student and a classroom wish list.
Please write your child’s name on the supplies so that they will not get mixed up with
anyone else supplies. Student’s supplies will be kept in the designated baskets.
Donated materials will be available for all students to share and use. The instructional
program requires that your child have the following supplies by September 4, 2015.
Please make sure you get the exact amounts listed below and the colors for the spirals
and folder.
Student Supplies
* Box of pencils (Each semester)
*1 box 24 count Standard size CRAYOLA
Crayons
*1 (pkg 4 to 6) glue sticks (white only)
*1 pointed Fiskers 5” metal blades
* 6 Spirals (70 pages)
*1 pointed
*Fiskers 5” metal blades
*2 to 4 red checking pencils (Each semester)
*2 thin tipped black marker
*2 Antibacterial hand sanitizer gel 8 oz
**(Not liquid soap)**
*1 box of map/colored pencils
*1 pkg Expo dry erase markers (red,
black, green, blue) – low odor
*Individual plastic pencil sharpener with
case for the shavings
*1 paperback dictionary (Purchase at
Dollar Tree)
* 2 Compositions Books
* 5 Folders (red, green, yellow, orange,
blue)
* Tissues (2 boxes per semester)
