Kolver's KBL clutch control series DC-electric screwdrivers include a high performance brushless motor design to
provide durability and a reduction of standard maintenance cost.
Torque Range: 3.5 - 13.2 in/lbs.The KBL15FR can be used with the EDU1BL or EDU1FR controller. The new KBL Series
feature a unique ergonomic inline design, and high quality long lasting Swiss brushless motors. Magnetic start and clutch
switches guarantee better torque results, and much longer life when compared to other brushless drivers. All KBL
Brushless Drivers come with standard ESD-safe high impact plastic bodies, and 8’ ESD-safe robotic grade cable, and
suspension bail.
The KBL series can work in combination with our standard EDU1FR Series Controllers. This means all existing
FAB and RAF customers can replace their existing drivers with the KBL brushless series without having to replace
the controller. It is important to note the slow start feature of the EDU1FR is disabled when working in conjunction
with the KBL/FR series electric screwdrivers.
NOTES: Kolver does not recommend using any driver beyond 80% of it's maximum torque range. Failure to follow
these directions can lead to preamture motor and gear set failure.
