5 A*-C GCSE’s with a grade B or higher in mathematics will be advantageous.
Outline
The core of the subject includes algebra, coordinate geometry, trigonometry, calculus, numerical
methods and vectors. Mechanics looks at movement of particles and forces. Statistics includes
probability, representation and summary of data, correlation and regression as well as
distributions of data.
