Physics 15b PSI Week 3: Current, Resistance, Ohm`s Law 1
Physics 15b PSI Week 3: Current, Resistance, Ohm`s Law 1

... In Chapters 1-3 of Purcell, the potentials and fields associated with stationary charges were studied. Chapter 3 allowed charges to move freely in conductors, but the resulting potentials and electrical fields were only evaluated after the charges stopped moving. Chapters 1-3 were the subject of the ...

... Jumper JU1 configures the EV kit circuit for USB passthrough mode or autodetection mode. In pass-through mode, data signals are routed between USB port J2 to USB port J1 using 90I differential controlled-impedance traces, and status indicator LED D2 is on. In autodetection mode, the device’s DP and ...

MAX3869 +3.3V, 2.5Gbps SDH/SONET Laser Driver with Current Monitors and APC General Description

... An automatic power control (APC) feedback loop is incorporated to maintain a constant average optical power over temperature and lifetime. The wide modulation current range of 5mA to 60mA and bias current of 1mA to 100mA are easy to program, making this product ideal for use in various SDH/SONET app ...

Immunity-aware programming

When writing firmware for an embedded system, immunity-aware programming refers to programming techniques which improve the tolerance of transient errors in the program counter or other modules of a program that would otherwise lead to failure. Transient errors are typically caused by single event upsets, insufficient power, or by strong electromagnetic signals transmitted by some other ""source"" device.Immunity-aware programming is an example of defensive programming and EMC-aware programming. Although most of these techniques apply to the software in the ""victim"" device to make it more reliable, a few of these techniques apply to software in the ""source"" device to make it emit less unwanted noise.
