a CMOS Single Supply Rail-to-Rail Input/Output Operational Amplifiers with Shutdown

... The AD8591/AD8592/AD8594 are immune to output voltage phase reversal with an input voltage within the supply voltages of the device. However, if either of the device’s inputs exceeds +0.6␣ V outside of the supply rails, the output could exhibit phase reversal. This is due to the ESD protection diode ...

... The DAC voltage output is an internally buffered unitygain follower that slews up to ±0.4V/µs. The output can swing from 0 to full scale. With a 1/4FS to 3/4FS output transition, the amplifier outputs typically settle to 1/2LSB in less than 5µs when loaded with 10kΩ in parallel with 50pF. The buffer ...

Immunity-aware programming

When writing firmware for an embedded system, immunity-aware programming refers to programming techniques which improve the tolerance of transient errors in the program counter or other modules of a program that would otherwise lead to failure. Transient errors are typically caused by single event upsets, insufficient power, or by strong electromagnetic signals transmitted by some other ""source"" device.Immunity-aware programming is an example of defensive programming and EMC-aware programming. Although most of these techniques apply to the software in the ""victim"" device to make it more reliable, a few of these techniques apply to software in the ""source"" device to make it emit less unwanted noise.
