Analysis of Amplifier with Nonlinear Device Model
Analysis of Amplifier with Nonlinear Device Model

... • Thevenin equivalent approach for the modeling of nonlinear active microwave circuits has been studied. With use of voltage equivalent sources, the FDTD method has been extended to include three terminal nonlinear active microwave devices and analyze the entire microwave circuits. This approach mai ...

... due to minor fluctuations in manufacturing and assembly process parameters. For varistors belonging to a certain type, their V/I curves are required to lie entirely within a well defined tolerance band. The tolerance band shown in figure 14 illustrates this in the case of SIOV-S14K14. Varistors are ...

... When batteries are hot, their chemical reaction is accelerated and they absorb energy too readily. A charge voltage optimized for room temperature will tend to overcharge the batteries and cause gassing. The temp comp cable will cause the charger to decrease the charge voltage to a safe level. Our c ...

... The correlated double samplers take two samples of the incoming CCD signals; the CCD reference levels are taken on the falling edge of CK1 and the CCD information is taken on the falling edge of CK2. These two samples are then subtracted by the CDSs and the result is the CDS’ output. Three channels ...

Metadyne

A metadyne is a direct current electrical machine with two pairs of brushes. It can be used as an amplifier or rotary transformer. It is similar to a third brush dynamo but has additional regulator or ""variator"" windings. It is also similar to an amplidyne except that the latter has a compensating winding which fully counteracts the effect of the flux produced by the load current. The technical description is ""a cross-field direct current machine designed to utilize armature reaction"". A metadyne can convert a constant-voltage input into a constant-current, variable-voltage output.
