... Very recently, G. A. Moore [2] considered, among other things, the limiting behavior of the maximal real roots of Gn(x) defined by (1), and with G0(x) = - 1 , Gl(x) = x-l. Let gn denote the maximal real root of Gn(x) which may be called "the generalized golden numbers" following [1]. G. Moore confir ...

8th-Order, Lowpass, Switched-Capacitor Filters General Description Features

... Lowpass Bessel filters such as the MAX292/MAX296 delay all frequency components equally, preserving the shape of step inputs, subject to the attenuation of the higher frequencies. They also settle faster than Butterworth filters. Faster settling can be important in applications that use a multiplexe ...

Mathematics of radio engineering

The mathematics of radio engineering is the mathematical description by complex analysis of the electromagnetic theory applied to radio. Waves have been studied since ancient times and many different techniques have developed of which the most useful idea is the superposition principle which apply to radio waves. The Huygen's principle, which says that each wavefront creates an infinite number of new wavefronts that can be added, is the base for this analysis.
