... Characterization results As we can see from Figure 9, 10 and 11, we can achieve a minimum gain of 12 dB with an input return loss better than 5 dB and a drain efficiency between 55% and 65% over the frequency band 445 ÷ 475 MHz. Even so the output power can be controlled through Vgs, a minimum of 15 ...

Part B: Input and Output Impedance and Impedance Matching

... If the cable is connected to a DC supply on one end and it is infinitely long (or very long with the opposite end open), a constant current is theoretically calculated (or measured), even when the leakage resistance is zero (or negligible). This is because energy travels endlessly through the cable ...

TA2020-020 STEREO 20W (4Ω) CLASS

... The TA2020-020 is a power (high current) amplifier that operates at relatively high switching frequencies. The outputs of the amplifier switch between the supply voltage and ground at high speeds while driving high currents. This high-frequency digital signal is passed through an LC low-pass filter ...
Current Rating of Power Semiconductors
Current Rating of Power Semiconductors

... Current Rating of Power Semiconductors TJ(max.). Peak junction temperature can be calculated from the thermal impedance data for the device, as indicated above. It should be pointed out that the on-resistance of any MOSFET does increase as current increases. As shown in figure 4, the on-resistance o ...

Audio power

Audio power is the electrical power transferred from an audio amplifier to a loudspeaker, measured in watts. The electrical power delivered to the loudspeaker, together with its sensitivity, determines the sound power level generated (with the rest being converted to heat).Amplifiers are limited in the electrical energy they can amplify, while loudspeakers are limited in the electrical energy they can convert to sound energy without distorting the audio signal or being damaged. These power ratings are important to consumers finding compatible products and comparing competitors.
