A Multiple Output Dc-Dc Converter Using Two Switch

... To obtain an isolated power supply, two-switch Forward converters consist in one of themost suitable topologies since the power switches need to block only the supply voltageinstead of twice or more times the supply voltage as in fly back or single-ended Forward converter [7]. The objective of this ...

... Second, the supply voltages are not always of the same value and of opposite polarity (i.e. + 5V). Instead, the max value could be +10V while the low value could be 0V (or grounded) and vice versa, similar to Example 2 above. Finally, the output signal is clipped if it spans a larger voltage range t ...

Audio power

Audio power is the electrical power transferred from an audio amplifier to a loudspeaker, measured in watts. The electrical power delivered to the loudspeaker, together with its sensitivity, determines the sound power level generated (with the rest being converted to heat).Amplifiers are limited in the electrical energy they can amplify, while loudspeakers are limited in the electrical energy they can convert to sound energy without distorting the audio signal or being damaged. These power ratings are important to consumers finding compatible products and comparing competitors.
