Spelling Homework
Directions: Choose an activity from the Spelling Grid as homework 3 days
per week. You must choose a different activity for each of the three nights.
Study for your test every Thursday! To help you remember what you chose
for homework that week, cross out the box with a dry erase marker once it
is completed. Turn in homework the next day. Erase crossed out boxes at
the end of the week.
1. Write your
words 3 times
each.
2. Put your
words in
alphabetical
order.
3. Use each
word in a
sentence.
5. Use all of
your words in a
story.
6. Use all of
your spelling
words in a
friendly letter.
7. Write the
definition for
each of your
words.
9. Group words
together with
the same
number of
syllables.
10. Type your
words 3x’s each
on a computer.
Print them out.
