Duties included: Administer Active Directory server share permissions for approx 85 Terabytes of data.
Manage and support DFS shares throughout US. Work closely with overseas facility administrators for
user\computer moves and data migration. Update Cluster and stand alone servers (approx 80) with required
patches at least monthly. Support over 20,000 users nationwide in various aspects of Active Directory Clustered
file server access issues. Create\manage Active Directory Security Groups to provide secure access to server
shares for projects and individuals. Aggressively practice IP Security policies that are in place. Support and
manage print server queues. Manage DNS\WINS externally and internally. Assisted in migration of Unocal
accounts to our Active Directory Domain. Created documentation of best practices and tested for various in

implemented a web hosted application network with redundancy using BGP and HSRP. Designed and

corporate Lan2Lan VPNs as well as all Client\Server VPNs. Implemented a corporate wide Modem server

with Sendmail back-end to Outlook with Exchange (Active Directory) back-end, this also included migrating
Oracle Collaboration Calendar Suite to Exchange. Facilitated 4 major moves of offices to larger facilities (1
overseas). Rollout to NAT addressing at corporate HQ. Researched then implemented IP telephony for our
remote users as well as for our branch offices. Purchased and prepared all new Hardware for our users.

Mortgage Banking Industry.
Duties included: Level 1 Support for approximately 1,300+ Users. Primary responsibilities are Customer
support and troubleshooting as well as Administration of NT\Novell User accounts during and after successful
rollout of NT to all users workstations nationwide. Administrate users accounts in cc:Mail, creating, deleting,
modifying, maintaining distribution list, and monitoring Post Office status. Monitoring servers nationwide using
Insight Manager. Assisted in a successful migration from CC:Mail to Exchange mail system. Upon which my
responsibilities included account creations, removals, moves and maintenance of all distribution list and public
folders on approximately 20 Exchange servers. Provided Internet and Intranet support utilizing Netscape
Communicator as well as administered all Internet (proxy) accounts. Provided routing of all
telecommunications request. Evaluating and escalating urgent problems to second and third level support in a
timely and efficient manner. Provided support for user utilizing Dial-up Networking on there Dell Latitude
laptops in an NT environment. Tested and installed Cellular dial-up Network connectivity on several laptops.
Installed software as needed and configured for Network access and synchronized accounts.

Duties included: Level 1 Support for approximately 2,000+ Users. Primary responsibilities are Customer
support and troubleshooting as well as Administration of UNIX/SUN and VAX/VMS print queues and
start/stopping processes. Modify Banyon Vines user profiles, resetting passwords, managing print queues and
print jobs. Support user accounts in cc:Mail, creating, deleting, modifying, changing passwords, and monitoring
Post Office box status. Provided Internet and Intranet support utilizing Netscape. Provide telecommunications
support for Meridian phone systems: changing voice mail passwords, training users on system functions.
Escalating production problems to second and third level support in a timely and efficient manner. Work with
move team to setup workstations, installed software as needed and configured for Network access and
synchronized accounts. Identification and Access Control, IP address etc. . Swapped hard drives and re-image
for Chiron standardization.

Duties included first and second level support, handled customer service issues, trouble shooting and analyzing
individual concerns. Changed Windows NT passwords, synchronizing accounts, Novell client Software,
Configuration, Installing and replacing hardware as needed. AS400 administration. Helpdesk team was
responsible for approx. 4000+ end users nationwide during OPUS rollout which implemented NT Workstations
and servers. Time Management and Organization Skills were essential in this fast past high pressured position.
