Regulation of transcription by coactivators and corepressors. 2) Botanical Drug discovery program: Development of drugs of pharmaceutical quality from traditional herbal Chinese medicines and other natural products. In particular, compounds, extracts and drugs that activate Androgen receptor, Estrogen receptor, Progesterone receptor and PPAR family of receptors. 3) Marine Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals Program: Spatial and temporal patterns of endocrine disrupting chemicals in Singapore’s marine environment and their origins, molecular and cellular effects on human health.
