Cynthia Neiman
A 20 year marketing veteran with expertise in strategic marketing,
branding, and public relations. Most recently, she was Executive Vice
President of Marketing at Munchkin, Inc., a leading baby products company.
Prior to joining Munchkin, she was Senior Vice President, Marketing &
Product Development for eteamz.com, the premier online community for
youth & adult amateur sports.
Prior to joining eteamz, Ms. Neiman served as Vice President of
Marketing for Mattel Media where she led marketing strategies and
initiatives for nine interactive brands including Barbie®, Hot Wheels®,
Nickelodeon®, and Intel®Play™. Her previous marketing experience
includes senior management positions at Cendant Software (previously
Davidson & Associates and now Vivendi-Universal Publishing) and IKEA,
the international furniture retailer.

Nargess Fassih
Nargess Fassih is a business development expert with a ten year
track record of formulating and executing new business plans that generate
revenue. The ability to identify, negotiate and manage strategic
relationships has been a hallmark of Ms. Fassih’s career.
Ms. Fassih has been responsible for developing revenue generating
programs for Scholastic and other consumer products companies. Prior to
her work at 7Studios, Ms. Fassih was Vice President of Business
Development at Havas Interactive (now Vivendi-Universal) where she
managed all inbound and outbound licensing, merchandising, content
acquisition and publishing functions. Prior to becoming Vice President of
Business Development at Havas, Ms. Fassih spent four years as the
Director of Licensing & Publishing at Havas and under her leadership, she
built the department, created a Joint Venture with Simon & Schuster, and
established new relationships with third party content providers.
