• Human body has a total of 206 bones
• There are a total of 22 bones in the skull
alone
• In the ear, there are three bones which are
the smallest in the body. About 2cm long
• Common names of bones are different than
the medical names

Role of Muscles
• A muscle is a body tissue that can change
shape, size to cause movement
• Located in the heart, stomach, intestines,
legs, arms
