The BMS controls contractor will be: Siemens Industry, Inc., 25821 Industrial Blvd., Suite 300, Hayward, CA 94545. Phone: (510) 512-8534. However the controls system design is still in progress by the Mechanical Engineer Jim Young. 2. Please provide contact information for the fire alarm contractor which maintains campus system so mechanical contractor can coordinate installation of fire/smoke dampers. The fire alarm company which monitors and maintains the VAPA Buildings Complex is: First Alarm, 1111 Estates Dr., Aptos, CA 95003. Phone: 831-476-1111. 3. Please provide a list on GC’s which were at the mandatory job walk.
