Regulators
The IR347XM and IR386X SupIRBuck family of products
are easy to use, fully integrated DC-DC regulators featuring
hysteretic constant-on-time (COT) modulators with adaptive
dead time control and RDS(on) current sensing to achieve
superior light load and full load efficiency. The products are
designed with a 0.5V, 1% accurate internal reference
voltage allowing very low and precise output voltage
programmability.
