to understand your needs, from there we will provide the most advance and ideal procedures in
cosmetic surgery in Tijuana, to please your needs and, obtain the best results, in a comfortable clean

The process: book your consultation or virtual consultation (patient from out of town are able to get a
virtual consultation sending via email pictures of the area of concern)
Dr. Isabel Balza is a board certified Tijuana plastic surgeon in all of Mexico, she will analyze and give you
a personal over the phone/facetime/skype consultation identifying your goals and understanding your
needs, then she will give you suggestions of procedures that will best answer your needs and give you
the best results.
You will work with Dr. Balza’s patient facilitator and get a quote, you will be able to select a convenient
date and book your fly information, and it will be pased to our driver, they will pick you up at San Diego
Airport (only 20 min drive from the hospital) upon arrival at the hospital, your blood work and a formal
consultation, were Dr. Balza will address all of your questions and final preparations, you will then be
taken by our nurses and begin the preoperative preparations, once you are ready you will meet the
anesthesiologist, and she will explain the technique.
The procedure is performed, once completed you will be transferred to recovery room and later on your
private comfortable room were you will take light meals on that evening, you will have a full staff & RN
for evening care. The next day Dr. Balza will check on you. Most of our patients decide to spend couple
of days in the Recovery Hotel just down the street, and every day the driver will take you to the
clinic/hospital for follow up visit. You will be discharged from clinic/hospital with post-operative
instructions, prescription and medications and garments. The staff will book your next appointment for
follow up.
