LEASING CONSULTANT/MARKETING POSITION: ALARA Cool Springs Luxury Apartment Community located in Franklin, TN seeking a highly motivated and experienced leasing consultant with a strong background in marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in: •Sales presentation and closing techniques •Customer service skills and ability to resolve resident concerns •Working with property management software systems such as Yardi and Property Solutions •Understanding lease documents and fair housing laws •Working with Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook •Multitasking and organizational skills along with flexibility are key *Promoting property through outside marketing and social media outlets This is a full time position with great growth potential.
