The Proposal
• Tattoo places and the tattoo artist must be licensed by
the state.
• The age that the law will care (ages 14+ up )
• If you are around 14 to 16 you can’t put bad words ,
offensive drawings : drug related, sexual related , and
gang related
• All Equipment must be sterile and the minor must be
totally informed about informed about any after effects
of procedure.
• After the procedure the minor should be given
information about how to care for the tattoo at home.
