Way to get back to your roots, eat natural and
gain energy
The diet removes alcohol, processed foods,
grains and dairy
Encourages eating meats, seafood, fruits and
vegetables until you’re full
Does not encourage exercise
Dukan Diet
By Dr. Pierre Dukan
“French Atkins”
Stage 1 (2-7 days): only lean
proteins, oat bran, at least 48 oz
water/day
Stages 2 & 3 (until reach goal
weight): gradually integrate others
foods in limited portions on certain
days
Stage 4: eat whatever for 6 days,
1 day only eat protein
Master Cleanse

Drink 6-12 glasses daily of:
 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
 2 Tablespoons grade B Maple Syrup
 1/10 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
 8 ounces spring or purified water
