Software of Excellence requires a Marketing Manager for the UK and Ireland who is ready to help us meet the
challenge of turning our customers’ dental practices into great businesses.
You’ll need to be well-versed in campaign planning and management, tuned into the sales pipeline and able to
lead and mentor a small but talented team.
Collaborative, creative, organised and focused you’ll play a key role in our future success and are looking to build
a career in a successful international company.
This is a rare opportunity to join the software technology division of one of the world’s most successful companies
in the healthcare industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:









Working with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop and execute a full marketing strategy for Software
of Excellence UK
Management of three staff and one dotted line report
Management of full marketing mix
Collaboration with International teams and responsibility for the Global Brand Strategy
Agency and third party management including PR
Planning and management of the organisation’s event schedule
Assisting the Patient Marketing team with marketing advice and input on the implementation of practice
campaigns
Responsible for the marketing input into the CRM database and the reporting and analysis of marketing
data
Working with Sales team to plan collaborative marketing and sales effort including territory specific
campaigns
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis,
performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and
procedures.

Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in
completing job duties and assignments.
Physical Activities:
This position will be working in an office environment, utilizing typical office
equipment.
Help set up and take down the exhibition stand at 4-5 trade show events per year.

Experience of managing a budget and planning marketing spend

Graduate, ideally in marketing
