Digital Marketing Expert

Main Purpose
This London-based role is responsible for developing and delivering an online marketing strategy
focused on improving the value we get from our digital assets whilst driving a measurable increase in
valuable inbound leads across all product suites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for SEO (both organic and PPC), website development,
social media, tracking competitors and other legal IT vendors online activity, preparing monthly reports
and third party marketing through link-building.
In addition to the above, the person will also spend time assisting the wider marketing team with more
generic marketing tasks/activities at busier times.
The role will require you to use your digital experience to identify new methods to reach targeted
audiences through Digital Platforms
The role is primarily focused at delivering the above for the UK market.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities














To increase the number of inbound enquiries from target markets.
To drive traffic to the website increasing engagement with customers and prospects.
To use Google Analytics to improve the user experience on the website.
To report and improve on website usage monthly.
To manage organic SEO.
To create and manage PPC campaigns.
To create and manage display advert marketing.
To create and manage remarketing campaigns.
To generate blog posts for LinkedIn and increase numbers and activity.
To manage multiple Twitter accounts.
To develop a deep understanding of the Legal Sector and how it works whilst also having a
good understanding the Healthcare, Property and Finance sectors.
To identify new methods for increasing our presence online.
To support the wider marketing team.
A/B testing for email campaigns and display ads.
Skills/Experience Required




A minimum of three years’ experience working as a Digital Marketer.
Experience with using AdWords, Display Ads, Remarketing and Link Back.
Experience with developing and delivering an online marketing strategy.
A proven track record of increasing the number and value of inbound leads.

Technical Skills/Experience


Good level IT knowledge; proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.com and Pardot.
A good understanding of UX
Desirable Skills but not essential



Experience in MS Office, SalesForce, WebEx, Email marketing
Legal or IT industry experience
Marketing Degree/Qualification in Digital Marketing
Environment



Hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with the role predominantly based in the
company’s offices (27 Union St, London, SE1).
