 Coordinate and maintain membership of the Global Delivery
Framework (GDF) of course directors, specialists and
examiners, ensuring quality assurance and continuous
succession management of the group.
 Own the relationship with GDF partners and support their
ongoing involvement as a resource for CIM learning solutions.
 Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration
of the GDF online platform to support the GDF community.
 Oversee and coordinate the content of the CIM Learning and
Development portfolio of learning products and support its
ongoing review for relevance and quality.
 Support the Learning directorate’s new product development
process to assist in the direction, design and growth of CIM’s
Professional Development programmes.
Global Delivery Framework
 Be the key point of contact for the GDF community with all
aspects of contractual management and quality assurance on a
day to day and annual basis.
 Support the integration of processes and systems that underpin
the GDF community and manage the relationship with partners.
 Be responsible for recruitment, commissioning, continuous
quality improvement and de-registration of GDF partners.
 Provide up to date guidance to internal stakeholders regarding
suitability of GDF partners for individual learning opportunities
and projects, undertaking skills searches against given criteria.
 Maintain and enforce where necessary the content of the GDF
agreement as the contractual foundation of GDF membership.
 Responsible for maintenance, development and use of the GDF
online platform as an information and engagement tool.
 Act as the conduit for feedback and evaluation for all GDF
members, recording the information appropriately.
 Coordinate the ongoing review of knowledge and skills within the
GDF community, including succession management, to ensure
ongoing validity of learning programmes.
Learning and Development Portfolio
 Support the ongoing review of the learning product portfolio to
ensure relevance and alignment with Professional Marketing
Standards and the Marketing Pathway, in conjunction with the
Director of Learning & Innovation and the Head of Professional
Development.
 Supply course performance analysis to facilitate decisions
regarding ongoing inclusion of courses within the portfolio.
 Liaise with course directors to maintain quality of delivery and
development of programmes that meet customer needs.
New Product Development
 Clearly communicate product development as a key function of
the Learning Directorate.
 Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
for all matters relating to NPD.
 Support NPD proposers and provide information and guidance
through the full development process.
 Aid the identification, recruitment and coordination of a
relevant Innovations Advisory Panel.
 Coordinate all NPD meetings and prepare paperwork
accordingly, including communicating outcomes with
external/internal stakeholders.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Quality Improvement
 Support the range of quality assurance processes that underpin
the Learning Directorate to ensure adherence to standards.
 In close liaison with the Quality and Compliance Manager,
monitor success of the learning product portfolio through
performance data and feedback, and identify improvements.
 Consistently improve processes in relation the GDF to achieve
maximum business efficiency and effectiveness.
 Contribute to the directorate’s Quality Improvement cycle.
Data Management
 Monitor, analyse and report performance against agreed
parameters with the view to identifying trends, variances.
 Analyse data and run statistical reports on a range of aspects
including course profitability, statistics and delegate feedback.
Managing Stakeholders
 To coordinate the communication and implementation of the
GDF to relevant stakeholders.
 To liaise closely with the Learning Phase Leader to support the
development and realisation of customer-led products.
 To liaise closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer
Experience to maintain a strong and proactive infrastructure to
deliver CIM’s strategy.
 To coordinate the communication and implementation of CIM’s
NPD process to all relevant stakeholders
