Angeles Unified School, Managing all construction site activities in projects for LAUSD as a General
contractor's representative, supervise superintendents & administrative crews coordination between
different parties (Architects/Engineers, Inspectors, Management representatives (OAR) &
Subcontractors), Review submittals in for compliance with the requirements of the contract documents

Floor (GYM, SWIMMING POOL, STEAM, SAUNNA,) + Roof) and Al Nujoom Tower
Building has Landscape area all around and it is located at Al Qusais Area – Dubai - UAE, the
Project Cost was 155,000,000 UAE Dirhams, around (US $ 42,192,370), with Total area 75,400
SF.
Project Start from April 2010 to April 2012: 
I Performed as Project Manager to Construct the Commercial Building (4 Basements as Parking
Area + Ground Floor+10 Floor Offices + Health Club Floor (GYM, SWIMMING POOL,
STEAM, SAUNNA,) + Roof) the Building was belong to the Government Authority the
Securities & Commodities Authority in Al Garhoud Area – Dubai- UAE, and the Project Cost
was 120,000,000 UAE Dirhams around (US $ 32,665,061), with Total area 20,000 SF.
Project Start from Sept 2009 to March 2010: 
I Received the Project as Project Manager from Sept 2009 to March 2010 to complete the
handing over the Building to the Al Thuraya Telecommunications Tower as Government
Building at Dubai- UAE the Commercial Building (2 Basement as Parking Area + Ground
Floor +15 Offices Floor + Roof), and the Project cost was 135,000,000 UAE Dirhams around
(US $ 36,748,193), with Total area 21,500 SF.
Project Start from July 2007 to Sept 2009: 
I Performed as Project Manager to construct Two Buildings in Al Nasr Plaza (Residential &
Commercial) High Luxury Buildings in Oud Metha area Bar Dubai - UAE, and the Project
was included Two building the 1st Building is Residential Building have 85 Apartments,
2nd Building is Commercial Building Have 100 Offices .The Project Cost was 146,000,000
UAE Dirhams, around (US $ 39,742,490), with Total area 86,100 SF.
4. Peremba Construction SDN. BHD - PECD (Dubai- UAE)
Position: Construction Manager. (Nov 2006 To June 2007)

I performed for Peremba Construction SDN. BHD - PECD to construct AL FATTAN
TOWER PLOT NO. GB-02 DIFC - DUBAI, which is including Two Luxury Buildings (4
Basements as (Parking) + Ground Floor + 55 Residential (Apartments) Floors + Health
Club + Roof. And 4 Basements as (Parking) + Ground Floor + 11 Floors as Offices +
Roof, in Construction Department as a Construction Manager. Project Cost 800,000,000
UAE Dirhams around (US $ 217,767,071), with Total area 107,600 SF.


 I Performed as Estimating Engineer to build New Five Stars Hotel in Portugal-Lisboa, which are
including 25 Floor (Rooms & Suites), and the Project Cost was180, 000,000 US $, with Total
area 110,600 SF.
Project Start from Nov 2004 to Dec 2005
 I Performed as Estimating Engineer to build New Five Stars Hotel in Malta, which are including
35 Floor (Rooms & Suites), and the Project Cost was150, 000,000 US $, with Total area

Concrete Design, after that, I gained experience in carrying out this Project as Project
Engineer by participating with the Estimated the costs of the Project and review the
documents. The Project Cost was (US $ 6,000,000.00), with Total area 10,700 SF.
