 $38M project to completely renew suites and amenity spaces
in College West, Levels 3 - 6
 Upgrading of critical systems
 New finishes and furnishings throughout
 New roof
 New exterior windows within the renovation area

 Schedule influences include the loss of revenue for 2+
years and the need to be complete prior to the 2018

 All interruptions will be coordinated by Project Manager and
advance notice will be provided.
 Contractor must take necessary precautions to protect
contents of individual offices.
 After hours work when possible. Alternate space to work may
also be an option
