TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please do not make any payments before we have invoiced you. Requests for refunds for payments received without
prior invoicing from NLA will require a 30 (thirty) day window period after receipt of such funds, before any refunds will
be made or considered.
Payments for training events are payable on presentation of invoice and not exceeding 5 (five) days from date of invoice.
The balance of the invoice issued for the training course(s) needs to be settled IN FULL at least 2 weeks PRIOR to
commencement of the course.
Failure to submit proof of payment by 2 (two) weeks prior to commencement of training will result in CANCELLATION
of bookings made. No refunds will be made.
You may substitute delegates in writing, prior to commencement of the event
Once you have been invoiced, you will be liable for payment. Cancellation does not waiver payment should you wish
to cancel before payment was made. Cancellation allows you to qualify for credit, if same is received by us in writing
by no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the start of an event. Cancellations received less than 7 (seven) days prior to
the start of an event, will forfeit the credit. No refunds will be made.
Registered candidates, who fail to report for training, will be viewed as ‘no shows’ and will still be liable for full payment.
IMPORTANT: Only electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments accepted. No cheques or cash deposits accepted.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, NLA reserves the right to postpone, cancel and change the training course
venue or the date at any time deemed necessary. In the event of NLA cancelling an event, NLA will issue a 100% (One
Hundred Percent) credit for the amount paid for the event, to be used towards any future NLA event.
Certificate and | or license tag fees are included in the course fee and will therefore be issued to successful candidates
on condition that the balance of such invoice has been settled in full. Certificates are issued within
4 – 8 weeks
after presentation of the training course. Unforeseen circumstances however, are not taken into account of the period
provided.
