So how hard was this?!
•NOT this
hard!
Not Hard, Just Takes a Minute….
EMS Training Officer Mike Betzold surveyed 584
run reports from 2014.
*Chief Complaint: Chest Pain
The application itself was very succinct, and easy to enter.
What did we get out of this?!
“Confirmation that what we were doing was not only meeting, but
exceeding, expectations “
Chris Fielder, Operations Manager
In 2012, we initiated protocols mandating that all patients with a chief
complaint of chest pain or altered level of consciousness receive a 12 lead
ECG. This award showed us that the data supported our decision.
“
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence,
then, is not an act but a habit.
