Provides data about accessibility and availability of food in different
counties
Problem: Difficult to quickly search for data

Contains 12 sheets of large data sets

Contains 72K rows
•
Has data for all counties of all the states
•
Data column headings need to be translated
Data Mart Design

Built in MySQL
•
Uses Star Schema
•
One Fact Table containing County Name and ID
•
Six dimension tables for each of the sheets of data
•
Due to time constraints:
•
Loaded California data only: 115 rows
•
Limited original 12 sheets of data to 6 sheets
