CREDITO FONDIARIO, A LEADER IN THE ITALIAN CREDIT
MARKET, EXPANDS ITS PRESENCE IN THE LEASING SECTOR
ACQUIRING TWO NPLs PORTFOLIOS OF APPROX 280 MILLION
EURO (GBV)
Milan, 28 February 2017 – Credito Fondiario, a leader in the Italian servicing and
credit management sector, announces an agreement with Intesa Sanpaolo Provis,
part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, on the acquisition pro soluto of two nonperforming leasing portfolios, comprising credit exposures and underlying assets
(mostly instrumental goods and vehicles), with a gross book value of approx. 280
million Euro and over 8,000 positions.
These investments are part of Credito Fondiario’s strategy to develop and
strengthen its specialised presence in the leasing sector. Credito Fondiario has
already acquired in 2016 a performing leasing portfolio.

advisors.
